FAQ

Care: All of my pieces are created with solder & framing containing small amounts of lead. While touching lead is considered safe, please wash your hands thoroughly after handling your piece. Lead must be inhaled or ingested to cause harm (don’t lick the glass).

Finished stained glass pieces are cleaned & polished with wax to both seal the solder lines & make them extra shiny. Solder will naturally dull or corrode over time. If you notice dull or corroded solder lines, simply apply a small amount of carnauba wax/polish & buff with a microfiber cloth.  Again, handling lead is safe, but out of an abundance of caution, please wash your hands after cleaning. NEVER use harsh chemical or household cleaners on stained glass pieces. Especially pieces with patina or hand-painted details as this can cause permanent damage to the piece.

Keep stained glass pieces out of reach of children & pets.

Hanging: Suction cups are very susceptible to temperature changes & can spontaneously release form the window causing catastrophic damage. NEVER use a suction cup to hang stained glass.

I recommend using small nails or hooks installed into the frame of the window. If this is not possible, you can also hang your piece from a curtain rod using an 'S' hook. If you want to display your piece on a wall, make sure to attach to a stud or using a highly rated drywall anchor.

4lb clear 3M Command Strip hooks can be used at your own risk.

Shipping: For readymade pieces, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship. Tracking info will be emailed to you as soon as your shipping label is created.

Local delivery/pickup is available within a 1-hour radius of Atlanta, GA.  Please chose "Local Delivery" at checkout & contact me to schedule a pick-up time & location. 

For custom pieces, the turnaround time can be up to 6-12 weeks. Please contact me for more information about custom orders & timelines.

Glass is always packed with love and safety in mind, but if for some reason your piece arrives cracked/damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your piece with pictures of the damage & the packaging.

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted.

Additional Information: Please note that the colors you see on your screen may vary slightly from those of the actual stained glass piece. Glass colors will also change depending on the light source and location of the piece.

Every piece of glass is unique & can have bubbles, lines, waves, variations in color.  These are not imperfections but instead a common occurrence when the glass is made.
